No surprise onboarding fees. Our pricing is straightforward — the plan fee is what you pay. We'll walk you through exactly what to expect before you sign anything.
Owner disbursements are sent via direct deposit after rent is collected each month. You'll receive a statement in your owner portal at the same time showing all income and expenses.
We immediately follow our late payment protocol — automated reminders, direct outreach, and late fee assessment per the lease. If necessary, we manage the legal notice and eviction process in compliance with Maryland and D.C. law, keeping you informed throughout.
Our monthly management fee is based on rent collected — so when there's no rent coming in, there's no management fee. We're incentivized to fill vacancies quickly just like you are.
