How do I get portal access?

Email [email protected] with your property address. We’ll send an invitation link.

When are owner distributions sent?

Within 1–2 business days after tenant payments clear. Bank holidays can add 1 extra day.

Where do I find my 1099?

In the Tax Center each January (by Jan 31). You’ll also receive an email notification.

Can I approve repairs from my phone?

Yes—approve estimates and message your manager directly from the portal on any device.
