Yes. Plans are flexible. As your portfolio or goals evolve, we can adjust your pricing tier to make sure you’re getting the right level of service.

How are management fees charged each month?

Management fees are charged monthly based on rent collected (or a flat monthly rate if you choose that option). If no rent is collected, no percentage-based management fee is charged for that month.

Do you offer multi-property or portfolio discounts?

Yes. Our Premium plan is designed for investors and multi-property portfolios. We’ll create custom pricing based on location, property count, and the services you need.
