8. Property Management, Leasing, and Operational Services
NKPM provides property management, leasing, tenant placement, coordination, administrative, and related real-estate support services subject to applicable agreements, policies, laws, and operational requirements. Service scope may vary by property, owner, tenant, vendor, jurisdiction, and executed contract.
Separate written agreements, including management agreements, leases, addenda, vendor agreements, or other signed documents, may govern specific relationships and control over these Terms where applicable.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While NKPM is committed to high-quality service delivery, proactive communication, and operational excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Any specific timeline for tenant placement or vacancy resolution
- Approval or denial of any applicant or prospect
- Property performance, rent collection success, occupancy rate, or financial return
- Vendor response times beyond agreed service levels or emergency constraints
- Availability or uninterrupted operation of websites, portals, forms, or communication channels
- That any message, call, notification, or request will be received, viewed, or acted upon immediately
10. User Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and updated contact information
- Maintaining access to your email, phone, and portal accounts
- Reviewing messages, notices, and communications sent by NKPM
- Timely responding to requests for documents, approvals, scheduling, and operational coordination

In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and a fully executed written agreement covering the same subject matter, the written agreement will govern as to that specific subject matter.
